By using PrintFix Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Repair Services:

• All repairs are subject to diagnostic evaluation
• Repair estimates are valid for 30 days
• We are not responsible for data loss during repair
• Customers must backup data before service
• Unclaimed equipment after 90 days may be disposed of

Printing Services:

• All orders require approval of proof before printing
• Customer is responsible for content accuracy
• We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate content
• Rush orders subject to availability and additional fees

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Returned checks subject to $35 fee
• Past due accounts subject to collection and legal action
• Customer responsible for all collection costs

Warranties:

• 90-day warranty on repair workmanship
• Parts covered under manufacturer warranty
• Warranty void if equipment is tampered with

Disclaimers:

• Services provided "as is" without other warranties
• We are not liable for consequential damages
• Liability limited to cost of services provided

PrintFix Pro's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from customer-provided materials or instructions

Customer retains ownership of all materials provided. PrintFix Pro retains the right to:

• Use completed work for promotional purposes (with permission)
• Refuse service for copyrighted materials without proper authorization
• Report suspected copyright infringement
